Cellar Space

Helping young people improve their emotional wellbeing

How do we help young people?

Young people attend weekly for a morning or afternoon session.

We use nurture group and attachment theory to underpin our bespoke assessment, planning and evaluation process.

At Cellar Space young people can take part in a wide range of activities tailored to their needs and abilities in one of our dedicated spaces. Including Music, Cooking and Arts & Crafts.

Feel free to scroll through some examples of what we do below.

Our young people can work specifically on their own area of need using our own curriculum. We cover:
  • Self Esteem & Self Confidence
  • Pro-social Behaviour
  • Anger Management
  • Friendship & Relationships
  • Anxiety & Stress Management
  • Basic Substance Misuse & Harm Reduction
  • Independence skills
  • Healthy lifestyle
  • Identity
  • Art Therapy

We work with a range of schools and services across Sheffield. Including Primary, secondary and SEN provision.
