Cellar Space

Helping young people improve their emotional wellbeing

How do we help young people?

Young people usually attend weekly for a morning or afternoon session.

We use nurture group and attachment theory to underpin our bespoke assessment, planning and evaluation process.

At Cellar Space young people can take part in a wide range of activities tailored to their needs and abilities in one of our dedicated spaces. Including Music, Cooking and Arts & Crafts.

Feel free to click through some examples of what we do below.

Our young people can work on their own area of specific needs using our own alternative curriculum. We cover:

  • Self Esteem & Self Confidence

  • Pro-social Behaviour

  • Anger Management

  • Friendship & Relationships

  • Anxiety & Stress Management

  • Basic Substance Misuse & Harm Reduction

  • Independence skills

  • Healthy lifestyle

  • Identity

  • Play Therapy
